I gave this spa 3/5 stars for a few reasons. Service was great, staff was friendly, and the decor and atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Certain must-have elements should have been included in the overall (very expensive) price such as one complimentary bottled water upon check in, and complimentary take home flip flops. Couples massage should be more conducive to romance so adding candles would be a nice touch. I also think the parking lot should be paved as it was really a muddy awful mess. Overall we were satisfied and have recommended to others that if they are going to Le Nordik they go on the cheaper days.
