I came here for laser hair removal on my legs and I don't see any difference. I went three times and I can;t see a noticeable difference. The staff is really nice and friendly I just don't think it worked for me :(

I went to Epiderma for my upper lip and after 8 treatments there was no difference AT ALL. Not to mention I couldn't feel a thing when anyone ever did it. It felt like they never increased the strength.. Then when I went to another clinic which I will review after this (Appletree Cosmetic Clinic), thy asked me what the strength and particulars of the laser was that they did. I said I didn't know and I would call and ask. Then when I called and asked the lady on the phone refused to tell me what my settings were and said if the lady at the new laser place didn't know what my setting were she wasn't much of a technician. How is she supposed to know the settings at another spa?! Ugh so annoying. I will never go back the service was dreadful, and it didn't work!

I went here after my laser hair removal didn't work at Epiderma. I was so happy with the results I got my upper lip, legs, bikini, and underarms done . The girl who did it doesn't work there anymore and I am bummed because I don't know where she went. I liked that they never made you buy packages and let you pay per service and they always had discounts.

Dr. Rice is a very competent, patient, and caring doctor. She doesn't rush you, pressure you, or make you feel like you have to order products. She is very honest too. I get botox, filler, needling, peels, and hair removal here and have been going here for three years. Her staff is very nice and friendly and always smile and want to know how you are doing. I also find her prices to be very reasonable.

I really love this place. I felt like I was in capable hands the moment I walked in. Dr. Arnott took a lot of time to explain everything to me before I got my filler which I liked. I can be pretty indecisive and I know it can be tiresome, but she wasn't at all impatient or annoyed. She did filler on me and I can;t stop staring at myself. I will absolutely be back many times for sure.

I went here to get laser on my face. My face looked like a screen after for like a week. i was a hot mess. The esthetician that did it called me every day to check on me which I thought was very cool and they booked a follow up check up. It did nothing for my face but the spa itself was good and the people were nice so I would probably go back for other things like pedicures. I gave four stars based on the spa and people and not on the service because it didnt work like i said, but i think its cause that doesn't work on anyone!

I had laser hair removal on my whole legs and bikini and I haven't had to go back and it's been three years. I got 6 treatments and it hurt like hell and costed a fortune. Let me tell you if you have a person that is doing your laser and they say it shouldn't hurt run because they have no clue what they are doing! I am contemplating doing my arms next but I am not sure if that would look weird?

This place is a true medical spa. If you really want some serious work done on your face then go here. It is not a spa in the true sense but it is definitely a medispa with everything you will need to get your face looking right. I love when I leave and I feel beautiful again! I'm 4o and i look 30 and that is no joke!

I went to Sophia Esthetic to get laser hair removal. The technician did not sound like she knew what she was doing. She refused to go over the entire area, and said she will only go where she sees the hair because "if she can't see the hair then the laser can't see the hair" When I tried to tell her that was not even true info she said she has been doing it for seven years and knows what she is talking about. Waste of money.
